The Role
Private practice dentists don't trust software vendors easily, and they especially don't trust anyone telling them how to run clinical decisions who hasn't earned the credibility to say it. That's the gap this role closes. You'll own a book of SMB and private practice accounts across Egypt, and you'll need to build enough trust with skeptical dentists that they actually adopt diagnostic AI instead of tolerating it. Whether that trust comes from being a practicing dentist yourself or from a track record of getting skeptical customers to change how they work, the job is the same: without it, adoption stalls, renewals slip, and practices quietly churn because nobody earned the right to keep them engaged.
You'll sit within our Customer Success and Support org, working closely with Support, Product, and Engineering, but the relationship, the health of the account, and the outcome all sit with you. There's no separate onboarding team to hand a customer to and no script for the conversation when a practice is confused, frustrated, or losing interest: you're diagnosing that in real time and fixing it. You're also operating without a fully built playbook in a startup that moves fast, so you'll be building your own approach to a given account more often than following an existing one.
If earning a skeptical clinician's trust and turning that into real product adoption sounds like the fun part of the job rather than a slog, keep reading.
Responsibilities
Onboard new customers, guiding them through setup, training, and best practices to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to understand goals, challenges, and usage patterns.
Proactively monitor customer health and engagement, identifying risks and opportunities to improve retention and expansion.
Provide product expertise and troubleshooting support, collaborating with support, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Gather customer feedback and advocate internally, helping influence product improvements and ensuring the customer voice is represented across the organization.
Qualifications
There are two paths into this role, and we're genuinely open to either. You might be a currently practicing dentist in Egypt, where your clinical standing does a lot of the trust-building for you from the first conversation. Or you might come with real customer success experience, ideally owning a high volume book of B2B SaaS accounts, where you've already proven you can build credibility with a skeptical buyer without a clinical license to lean on. What we actually need is evidence you can own a relationship end to end and move a customer from tolerating a product to actively using it. Beyond that, this role rewards curiosity about how AI changes clinical practice and enough comfort with ambiguity to build your own approach to an account rather than wait for a manual. If you're looking for a purely clinical role with no ownership over a customer outcome, or a CSM role with a fully defined playbook already built, this isn't the right seat.
Education: No specific degree required. Dental qualification and licensure to practice in Egypt is a strong plus, not a requirement
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills, strong product troubleshooting instincts
Experience: 3+ years of professional work experience. Practicing dentistry or owning a high volume B2B SaaS customer success book is preferred.
Please note that this role will be paid in USD.
